We invite you to share your feedback on moral distress situations

APTUK in collaboration with GPhC and the RPS are inviting you to share your experiences of moral distress

Speak Up, Share Your Story

Every pharmacy technician has moments where the weight of doing the right thing collides with the reality of the workplace. These moments can leave us feeling stuck, conflicted, or distressed — and they matter.

APTUK, in collaboration with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), is inviting you to share your experiences of moral distress.

By contributing anonymously, you’ll help us:

  • Raise awareness of the hidden pressures pharmacy technicians encounter
  • Build a stronger voice for change across the profession
  • Shape a supportive guide and drive practical action to address moral distress

Your voice, your impact — no names attached.

Take a few minutes to complete our MS Forms survey and add your story to this important conversation (survey closes 20th January 2026)

Together, we can turn silent struggles into collective strength and create meaningful change for our profession.
